Celebrations of the Heart COVID Procedures
We are so excited to meet you! Please read the details to prepare for your visit!
For the safety of our customers and staff, Celebrations of the Heart will be welcoming customers by appointment only. This includes bridal appointments, pick-up appointments, try-on appointments, bridesmaids appointments, and tuxedo appointments. Our doors will remain locked at all times.
We know how important it is to have your loved ones be a part of this lifetime moment! We are able to accommodate larger groups during weekday appointments (Tues-Friday). Feel free to let us know your guest count, and we will do our best to accommodate you. All appointments scheduled on Saturdays are allowed a maximum of 5 guests over the age of 12 plus the bride. We are offering to host Zoom parties for anyone else you would like to include. This will ensure we can maintain occupancy levels and a safe and sanitized environment.
Arriving to Your Appointment
The doors will remain locked during our regular business hours. We ask that you arrive right on time to your appointment and text us upon your arrival. Please stay in your vehicle until your appointment time. Your stylist will be wearing a mask and providing hand sanitizer for you and your guests before going inside. We ask that you and your guests wear a mask to enter.
If you or the guests you plan to bring with you are or have recently shown signs of illness or been in contact with someone ill, we please ask that you reschedule your appointment or ask your loved one to stay home. We are more than happy to help you FaceTime or Zoom your most important people you would like to include to practice safe social distancing.
During your Appointment
We ask all guests and visitors to remain seated during your appointment and refrain from touching dresses, hangers, accessories, and surfaces in order to protect our guests and staff. Your stylist will pull all dresses, accessories, and anything else needed for you to try on during your appointment.
Our boutique will be thoroughly disinfecting all common areas, fitting rooms, dresses, hangers, veils, surfaces, door handles, etc., after each appointment. Additionally, our staff will be wearing masks and sanitizing their hands before and after each customer. We ask that you please be patient with us during this time between appointments. We are committed to providing you and our staff a healthy environment by taking these extra steps. We will also have hand sanitizer and hand soaps readily accessible during your appointment at our boutique.
